There has been a lot of discussion around the impact AI and automation will have for the future of work, yet the organizations were not prepared for the covid19. The traditional definition of office work has been put to rest by many organizations. But, now the organizations wonder, what will replace it, and how?

The future of work is now. Globalization, digitalization, and emerging technologies are bringing radical shifts to how we live and work. These shifts raise essential questions around the skills we need for future work, and how the organizations of the future will operate.

Automation and new technologies are creating new jobs and demand new skills, but also removing the need for people to do some tasks.

Nearly 14% of jobs in OECD countries are likely to be automated, while another 32% are at high risk of being partially automated – so nearly 1 in 2 people is likely to be affected in some way.
